I can't keep my hands off the glitter paper, especially at this time of the year. Who am I kidding? I love it all year long. But isn't it a rule somewhere that you have to use glitter and bling at Christmas time? I started the design process with the gold glitter paper and Tim Holtz new Modern Christmas stamp set CMS388 which seems like it was made for embossing. The dot pattern provides a ton of texture with a modern flair! Sometimes it's nice to try something fresh and different, and I like the simplicity of the design but with the added sparkle. I can already see quick and easy cards from this set for the entire winter season all the way into spring. The white poinsettia and gold leaf are from a flower set by Prima Marketing Ink. I never think of handmade and modern going together but this card has that feel to it. Somehow it's modern but still has a vintage feel to it. What are your thoughts?
I wish everyone a safe a wonderful Christmas 2019!
